Stateminds Return Policy

At Stateminds, all products are custom-made or printed to order. This approach allows us to minimize waste and provide a wider variety of designs, colors, and sizing options. However, if you have any concerns or issues, feel free to contact us via email at info@stateminds.com, and we will do our best to assist you.

Order Return Inquiries
For any return inquiries, please email us at info@stateminds.com, including any relevant photos showing the issue. We will provide further instructions on how to proceed with your return.

Return Period
Our return policy is valid for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since you received your order, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Misprinted, Damaged, or Defective Items
- Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product.
- For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 14 days after the delivery date.

Refund Process and Timeframe
- Once your return is approved, we will begin processing your refund.
- Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used for your purchase.
- Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed. The processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

Important Information for EU Consumers
In accordance with Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or sealed goods unsealed after delivery. Stateminds.com reserves the right to refuse returns at its discretion.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom products
- Gift cards

Ordered Wrong Size, Color, or Style
We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for issues related to ordering the wrong size, color, or style. Please double-check your order details, including size and color, before placing your order. Our size guide is available on each product page for reference.

Change of Mind Returns/Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges if you simply change your mind, unless the order is incorrect or the item is damaged/defective. For more details, refer to the sections above.
