Delivery Information

Shipping Times:

• Europe (Standard Delivery): 2-7 days
• United States (Standard Delivery): 4-14 days
• Other Countries: 7-20 days

Order Tracking: You will receive a tracking link and regular updates once your order is dispatched, along with notifications as your package nears its destination.

Delivery Times and Tracking: Orders are shipped within 1-4 business days after confirmation. Delivery typically takes 4-12 business days, depending on location and shipping method. For multiple-item orders, shipments may be sent separately, with tracking information provided for each.

Item Restrictions: Some items may be unavailable for delivery to certain regions due to local customs regulations.

Duties and Taxes:

For customers in select European countries, duties and taxes are included in the checkout price. For other countries, duties and taxes are not included and must be paid to the courier upon delivery (DAP basis). Contact your local customs office for further guidance.

Returns and Refunds

Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase, to qualify for a refund.

Refund Process: Contact support@riskeys.trade within 14 days of purchase to initiate a return. Our team will guide you through the return process. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of refund approval. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days.

Non-Refundable Items:

• Downloadable software products
• Gift cards
• Personalized or custom-made items

Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
